Order Management Specialist

Location: Onsite in Campbell, CA. Flexibility to accommodate various global time zones, especially EU, for collaboration is required.

What you will do

• Manage the daily order backlog, incorporating new orders and updates, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Review and validate sales quotes, purchase orders, and site surveys for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Contract Manufacturers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the license backlog and align with Sales on install timelines for timely license activation.
• Perform weekly audit reports to maintain data accuracy and provide monthly reporting on order quality and trends.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in order fulfillment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient or advanced in GSheet/Excel, including pivots, charts, and XLOOKUP functions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer service and sales-centric approach.
• Ability to identify problems and proactively offer innovative solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable startup setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Flexible to accommodate various global time zones, especially EU, for collaboration.

• SFDC experience.
