What you will do

• Develop and deploy organizational sales strategies and best practices for hirify.global Actimize solutions.
• Lead and coach a SMB sales team to improve sales skills and quota attainment.
• Drive account planning and collaborate with internal partners to address account challenges.
• Communicate product capabilities and engage cross-functional teams to execute account strategies.
• Analyze customer business situations to identify gaps and new opportunities.
• Create and execute multi-year business plans with sales executives.

Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years of experience selling software products into financial services and 5-7 years leading sales teams.
• Experience selling to mid-market banking institutions and associations.
• Strong leadership skills in coaching, performance management, and KPI development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level and VP stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities and travel up to 50%.
