What you will do

• Own and lead full design cycles for features or product areas, participating in design reviews and working sessions.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
• Use research and data insights to inform design decisions balancing usability with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Proactively explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies into design approaches.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with preference for Toronto, Canada
• At least 4 years of practical product, UX/UI design experience.
• Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• Solid visual design skills with attention to detail and continuous craft refinement.
• Experience working across digital and physical product manifestations including responsive web and native applications.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
