What you will do

• Support the Tools Team objectives for NIH network management
• Review threshold and performance monitoring to enhance reporting and capacity planning
• Optimize and consolidate network management tools to maximize functionality and ROI
• Test and implement vendor upgrades and patches following change and configuration management processes
• Maintain compliance with security requirements and assist with recommendations for tool enhancements

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Experience with network and systems administration
