TL;DR

Senior Executive Technology Support Consultant: Providing white-glove technical support to advisors, staff, and C-Suite Executives in a high-visibility Investment Center storefront and Boston office with an accent on executive-level professional presence, exceptional social and interpersonal skills, and strong technical expertise across end-user, collaboration, and AV technologies. Focus on proactively supporting VIP visits, client events, executive presentations, and maintaining compliance with enterprise security standards.

Location: Must be based Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

Salary: $100,500.00 – $141,900.00

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on, concierge IT support for advisors, staff, and C-Suite Executives.
  • Respond quickly to issues impacting executive meetings, client presentations, and communications.
  • Proactively support VIP visits, client events, and executive presentations, including pre-testing rooms and technology.
  • Support and maintain onsite technology and systems including laptops/desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room AV, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Partner with corporate IT to maintain compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Translate technical topics into clear, non-technical communication for executives and advisors.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in financial services or other client-facing corporate environments.
  • Strong executive support background.
  • Deep experience supporting Windows, macOS, Apple iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency with Jamf, Intune, ServiceNow, networking fundamentals, desktop systems, collaboration tools, and AV technologies.
  • Executive presence and communication with a refined, business-appropriate appearance and demeanor are required.
