Salary: $100,500.00 – $141,900.00

What you will do
- Provide hands-on, concierge IT support for advisors, staff, and C-Suite Executives.
- Respond quickly to issues impacting executive meetings, client presentations, and communications.
- Proactively support VIP visits, client events, and executive presentations, including pre-testing rooms and technology.
- Support and maintain onsite technology and systems including laptops/desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room AV, and video conferencing equipment.
- Partner with corporate IT to maintain compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Translate technical topics into clear, non-technical communication for executives and advisors.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in financial services or other client-facing corporate environments.
- Strong executive support background.
- Deep experience supporting Windows, macOS, Apple iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency with Jamf, Intune, ServiceNow, networking fundamentals, desktop systems, collaboration tools, and AV technologies.
- Executive presence and communication with a refined, business-appropriate appearance and demeanor are required.
