What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Establish core business processes and build a high-performing team.
• Manage P&L, track KPIs, and ensure sustainable growth.
• Scale the business into new regions and customer segments.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key market players.
• Make high-impact decisions across product, marketing, and monetization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO, CMO, CFO, or Head of Business Unit with P&L ownership.
• Background in finance or marketing or deep understanding of these domains.
• Track record of launching and scaling products from scratch in fast-changing environments.
• Strong leadership skills and readiness to take full responsibility for results.
