What you will do

• Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue targets, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive company growth in Canada.
• Provide quarterly performance reports with KPIs, risks, and mitigation strategies to the Group Executive Team.
• Lead and coordinate local teams, fostering a positive work environment and effective collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory, tax, and shipping standards.
• Customize global strategies to fit local market conditions and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of business operations or management experience with full operational and P&L accountability.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of office management, accounting principles, local legal requirements, and data management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Commitment to ethical leadership and adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct.
