What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, scientists, and engineers, setting goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define and drive the data roadmap across infrastructure, analytics, and adoption, championing self-serve data access.
• Partner with leadership across Product, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and Clinical to embed data into strategy.
• Develop frameworks for experimentation, cohort analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Oversee key data tools (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) and ensure data pipeline reliability and quality.
• Remain hands-on when needed, solving problems and exploring datasets with SQL.

Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics or data science, including 5+ years of people management.
• Strong technical background including advanced SQL and a degree in a quantitative subject.
• Proven experience with modern data tools: BigQuery, dbt, Looker or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into business action.
