Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence

What you will do

• Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve desired goals.
• Monitor and optimize ad ARPDAU, ad revenue, eCPM, impressions, and fill rates with live ad network partners.
• Manage business relationships with ad network partners.
• Collaborate effectively with UA, Data Analysts, and Product teams.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar ad monetization role.
• Proven experience with Google AdMob and/or AppLovin MAX.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently.
• Interest and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics, and data-driven solutions.
• Passion for the video game industry and knowledge of market trends and styles.
