What you will do

• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid UA campaigns across major ad networks.
• Own UA and creative strategy for high-profile mobile games.
• Manage large budgets and allocate spend across marketing channels.
• Collaborate with designers on creative testing and iteration.
• Work with BI and analytics teams to generate performance insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, UA leads, and Analytics on key initiatives and experiments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
• 2–3 years experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Strong collaboration skills across UA, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams.
• Data-driven decision making and hypothesis testing experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ad networks such as Meta, Google, Applovin, Adjoe, Mistplay.
• Proactive communication and detail-oriented campaign optimization skills.
