CRO Specialist (Marketing): Develop and execute data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to boost performance across digital channels with an accent on A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and funnel optimization. Location: Hybrid work with options for onsite presence in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga. Vilnius requires 4 days onsite and 1 remote day; Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on role.

Salary: 3000-4000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies across digital channels
• Benchmark A/B testing results and implement iterative improvements
• Conduct deep user behavior analysis using data, heatmaps, and session recordings
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize user journeys and conversion paths
• Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap aligned with company growth priorities
• Create and optimize funnels and landing pages to maximize acquisition and retention

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of CRO experience in fast-paced, product-led environments
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Highly analytical with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely
• Solid understanding of key business metrics: Revenue, LTV, CR, ROAS
• Goal-oriented and able to prioritize multiple high-impact projects
