Location: UK based role requiring right to work in the UK with a hybrid work format (office around four days a week)

What you will do

  • Drive tangible business outcomes for Ford by setting performance direction and pushing innovative experiments
  • Collaborate with specialists in Search, Social, Programmatic, Data & Analytics and other agencies
  • Analyze campaign results using reporting dashboards and advanced data analytics to guide optimization
  • Work closely with local and central teams to establish goals and ensure timely performance updates
  • Improve and standardize reporting templates and processes across markets

Requirements

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Proven experience across paid media platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Strong data-driven storytelling skills anchored in client business needs
  • Experience with reporting dashboards and cross-channel media performance
  • Working with multiple European markets; knowledge of a European language is a plus
  • Hybrid work format with office presence around four days a week
