What you will do

  • Set strategic agenda for paid media, aligning plans with brand and revenue goals.
  • Own performance insights across hotels and geographies to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Guide test-and-learn campaigns across channels, formats, and audiences.
  • Interrogate media forecasts and performance reports to ensure commercial rigor.
  • Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Distribution, and Revenue teams to support full-funnel conversion.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in central London HQ
  • English: Job posting in English, minimum B2 level implied
  • 5+ years in performance marketing or digital media with deep experience in paid search and social.
  • Proven track record improving ROAS, CPA, and media contribution at scale.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, performance dashboards, and agency management.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus.
