What you will do

• Collaborate on business reinvention and CX transformation projects involving innovation and commercial strategy.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights and drive validation efforts.
• Translate insights into innovation directions through storyboards, service blueprints, and presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and client sessions to align vision, strategy, and execution.
• Drive improvements in marketing, sales, and organizational models.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership within frog Belgium.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Diegem, Belgium
• English: Full professional proficiency required
• Master’s degree in business, management, strategy, marketing, or related fields with a focus on innovation preferred.
• Strong interest in customer experience design, business innovation, marketing, sales strategy, CRM, and loyalty.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required for communication.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Figma, Adobe CC, and no-code prototyping tools is a plus.

Nice to have

• MBA with a focus on Innovation Management or additional master’s degree.
