Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Leuven, Belgium. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week at the office and allowing up to 3 days a week from home.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business needs of accountants and SMEs.
• Define and evolve the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and ensure it guides feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a robust innovation roadmap.
• Define high-level product requirements and ensure product-market fit.
• Contribute to forecasting, monetization, and positioning strategies for new product concepts.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements for the Codabox data solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar product management position.
• Fluent in English, with fluency in Dutch and French also required for customer interactions.
• Solid background in accounting and API-based or SAAS products.
• Proficiency in defining and documenting complex product needs within a complex ecosystem.
• Ability to discuss technical requirements with development and effectively communicate business benefits to other teams.
