Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Focus on ensuring product-market fit, financial viability, and strategic product planning within a complex ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid in Leuven, Belgium (2 days a week at the office).

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify business needs of accountants and SMEs.
• Define and evolve the Customer Value Proposition based on insights and market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop an innovation roadmap.
• Define high-level product requirements and work closely with Product Owners to ensure product-market fit.
• Contribute to forecasting, monetization, and positioning strategies for new product concepts.
• Monitor product performance and contribute to strategic product planning and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar product management position.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French for customer interactions.
• Solid background in accounting and API-based or SAAS products.
• Ability to work in a complex environment/ecosystem and define complex product needs.
• Skilled in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions.
