What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Market Intelligence products aligned with business goals.
• Lead the Market Intelligence team to collect, analyze, and synthesize diverse data sources including user activity and external market data.
• Conduct market studies and customer discovery to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Drive continuous service improvement through data-driven recommendations and optimization of liquidity provision strategies.
• Develop innovative reporting and AI-powered data visualization techniques to deliver valuable market insights.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience in financial data, TradFi or crypto sectors
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and DeFi ecosystems
• High-level knowledge of AI and LLM technologies for data analysis
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Remote work capability with alignment to European time zones

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
