What you will do

• Establish the multi-year strategy for how crypto is stored, surfaced, and spent across the customer-faced hirify.global app.
• Lead discovery and experimentation to identify and prioritize the most impactful features and opportunities.
• Drive product development to ship new capabilities in partnership with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing.
• Identify and validate opportunities using customer insights, data, and market signals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, high-accountability environments.
• Sharp analytical thinking and confidence working with data to drive decisions.
• Clear, structured communicator able to articulate complex problems and influence senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Experience building customer-facing products in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Background in 0→1 product development or early-stage environments, with hands-on experience searching for and validating product–market fit.
• Experience building financial or regulated products, with the ability to navigate compliance and risk constraints.
