What you will do

Own end-to-end design strategy from discovery through prototyping, testing, and handoff with high-fidelity visuals and specs.
Collaborate closely with client engineers and product teams to align design with technical feasibility and business goals.
Lead mobile-first design with thoughtful desktop and tablet considerations.
Run user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions to build alignment across client organizations.
Build and extend client design systems ensuring consistency and maintainability.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of product design experience shipping at scale with mobile expertise.
Strong knowledge or quick learning ability in crypto, web3, blockchain, and DeFi concepts.
Excellent collaboration skills with engineers and stakeholders.
Figma fluency and experience contributing to design systems.
Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English).
