What you will do
- Define UX vision and roadmap for onboarding, activation, and membership domains in partnership with senior stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3-4 designers fostering a collaborative culture
- Contribute hands-on to design projects from discovery to delivery
- Use data, experimentation, and user insights to improve activation, retention, and engagement
- Run design critiques, workshops, and rituals to raise quality and team alignment
- Communicate design decisions clearly to leaders, engineers, and product managers
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role with 2 days per week in London office
- English: Proficient English required (job posting in English)
- Proven experience in product design within Agile cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring or managing designers
- Experience designing native mobile apps and responsive web
- Comfortable working with design systems and tools like Figma
