What you will do

• Build performant frontend applications in React and TypeScript including dashboards, real-time views, and configuration flows
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ship integrated features with metrics and alerts
• Lead frontend architecture decisions on routing, data fetching, caching, and error handling
• Use analytics and performance tools to measure and improve frontend performance continuously
• Develop visualizations for model and agent performance focusing on rendering efficiency and latency
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and raising UX quality standards

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience building complex user-facing web applications with senior-level ownership
• Fluent in React and TypeScript with experience modernizing frontend stacks
• Practical experience with GraphQL including schemas, queries, and performance considerations
• Experience with performance-sensitive or data-heavy products such as dashboards or real-time UIs
• Ability to use metrics and traces to guide frontend performance improvements
• Strong focus on UX quality including loading states, error handling, and micro-interactions

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization libraries like D3, Vega, or Plotly
• Experience with Python or Go backend services in distributed environments
• Experience setting up product analytics and frontend SLIs/SLOs
