The project is a crane simulator with a swinging tool that can grab and move objects using realistic physics and collisions. The project is nearing completion but currently faces critical physics stability issues and performance problems. We are looking for an experienced Chaos Physics and optimization consultant who can quickly identify root causes and propose or implement effective solutions.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Analyze and fix unstable physics behavior including erratic swinging and unexpected force explosions
• Investigate collision setups and Chaos Physics configuration
• Optimize overall simulator performance
• Provide clear technical guidance on best practices
• Participate in remote calls and screen sharing sessions in CET timezone

📚 Required Skills
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine
• Deep understanding of Chaos Physics
• Proven ability to debug complex physics simulations
• Solid knowledge of game and simulation optimization
• Fluent English communication skills

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with vehicle or crane simulations
• Background in engineering or technical simulations
• Experience consulting on late-stage projects
