What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable fraud detection and review systems.
• Utilize automation, machine learning, and human-in-the-loop processes to prioritize high-risk cases.
• Conduct Trust & Safety and financial fraud investigations to resolve customer risks.
• Conduct data analysis and investigations to build operational metrics and monitoring systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in fraud detection models and risk management systems.
• Collaborate with Safety Systems Engineers and Product teams to create and refine policies targeting specific risk vectors and ensure global regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience developing and operating fraud detection, investigation, and risk management systems.
• Proficiency in automation, machine learning, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Ability to conduct data analysis and investigations using internal and third-party data.
• Experience in creating and refining policies targeting specific risk vectors and ensuring global regulatory compliance.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, research, product, and policy teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, or telecommute from within the U.S.
