What you will do

• Assist in creating visual content such as logos, brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media graphics, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and clients to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure all design files are properly named, organized, stored, and prepared for production.
• Support the design team in various project stages, from initial concept to final execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders, participating in brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or a certificate from a recognized design program.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
• Understanding of typography principles, layout, color theory, and branding.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including personal projects or internships.
• Some experience through internships or freelance work can be advantageous.
• Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
