TL;DR

Creative Lead (PropTech): Leading and shaping the creative direction for multiple brands across digital, video, and offline channels with an accent on consistent brand visuals and high-quality creative output. Focus on managing creative reviews, providing guidance, and designing high-end visual content under pressure.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (up to 3 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £40,000–£48,000

What you will do

  • Shape the creative direction for multiple brands across various channels (digital, video, offline).
  • Maintain and evolve consistent brand visuals for the group’s three core brands.
  • Lead challenging, experiential design and brand projects.
  • Manage creative reviews for the design and video team, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Design high-end visual content for digital ads, web layouts, pitch decks, social, motion, and print.
  • Develop, maintain, and update design systems and asset banks for marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing for B2B, preferably SaaS, companies.
  • Mastery of at least two domains: graphic design, video production/editing, website design, or copywriting.
  • Expertise in working across multiple disciplines for cohesive campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems and principles with a highly refined visual eye.
  • Confident in presenting, explaining, and critically reviewing creative output.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • English: B2 required.
