What you will do

• Own and create documentation, design systems, and guidelines.
• Art direct partner agencies for optimal results for hirify.global.
• Deliver creative visual assets and motion design that bring the brand to life.
• Concept and develop content for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Own projects from concept through to completion across multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling visual brand systems.
• Understanding of design needs for news announcements, editorial, non-traditional media, and social.
• Impressive skills in creative design, motion graphics, visual design, editorial, typography, digital design, social media, creative thinking, branding identity, and art direction.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud apps and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Miro.
• Experience leading a design process end to end with the support and management of assisting designers, motion, and 3D artists.
