What you will do

• Write and edit copy in hirify.global’s tone and voice, balancing brand consistency and originality.
• Creatively direct campaigns from idea to execution across multiple channels and mediums.
• Partner cross-functionally with other Brand and Marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain hirify.global’s brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and copy systems.
• Mentor other in-house writers by offering constructive feedback and support.
• Champion creative excellence by staying ahead of cultural trends, language shifts, and platform storytelling techniques.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creative direction for global campaigns.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and a refined understanding of tone, rhythm, and brand voice.
• Ability to present ideas, give feedback, and direct other creatives.
• Comfortable working with design tools (i.e., Figma).
• Excited by emerging AI tools that can enhance the creative process.
• English: Fluent communication required.
