What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of users, markets, and competitors to identify AI-driven product opportunities.
• Create and own product backlog, define requirements, and generate new feature ideas based on customer insights.
• Support product delivery, launches, and continuous improvement through success monitoring.
• Collaborate across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Translate AI industry trends into endpoint management solutions providing context-aware recommendations.
• Apply generative AI to automate endpoint management and enhance digital employee experience.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven product management experience in AI initiatives.
• Experience with user experience design and AI application for end users.
• Proficiency in product and project management with agile methodologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across locations.
• Deep knowledge of AI, LLM, and machine learning technologies.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
