Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 USD depending on state and experience

hirify.global is a startup creating the first B2B labor marketplace in animal healthcare connecting veterinary professionals with hospitals through innovative technology.

What you will do

• Build new features for the hirify.global platform collaborating with product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineers
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in scalable code architecture design
• Contribute to React Native mobile app development and write maintainable front-end and back-end code
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices including unit and end-to-end tests
• Participate in architectural discussions and system improvements
• Assist with DevOps tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within US time zones
• 3-5 years experience in web application development with React Native, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with typed languages, relational databases, and AWS is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Interest and experience in AI-forward engineering processes
• Experience with DevOps and cloud infrastructure
