Salary: $200,400–$250,500 USD

What you will do

  • Lead engagement with the AI developer community in North America, creating demos and use-cases.
  • Partner with community organizers and influencers to promote hirify.global’s AI tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hirify.global Captains to shape community presence and product storytelling.
  • Influence AI product direction by channeling developer feedback.
  • Support go-to-market teams with impactful stories and customer enablement.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada or the United States with no visa sponsorship available.
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders including C-level executives.
  • Experience presenting technical content and demos to diverse developer audiences.
  • Strong storytelling, public speaking, and content creation skills.
  • Deep curiosity about AI tools, MLOps, and developer experience trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
