What you will do

• Draft and deliver customer-centric communications across multiple channels including email, in-app notifications, and physical mail
• Manage day-to-day communications, projects, and operational tasks with shifting priorities
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to incidents with timely, accurate messaging
• Validate communication delivery and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Ensure thorough documentation and audit readiness for all communications

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work onsite at specified offices
• Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required
• 3+ years experience in financial services operations or brokerage environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with structured data and AI-powered tools for analysis and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, or Business Management
• Familiarity with regulatory notices, customer statements, and trade confirmations
• Technical skills in Excel, SQL, Figma, and AI tools
