What you will do

• Collaborate with data requestors from science, product, and engineering teams to translate data needs into annotation operations.
• Maintain communication with cross-functional stakeholders on campaign objectives, calibration, tech setup, and quality issues.
• Drive execution, support, quality validation, and delivery of human data annotation campaigns.
• Manage a team of annotators including workloads, priorities, training, and feedback.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase annotation team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Paris, France
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in data collection, annotation, and analysis using SQL and/or Python.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Understanding of or interest in large language models (LLMs).
