Location: Work remotely or with the Founders in person, in Switzerland.

What you will do
- Scan the Web3 market for new partners and establish initial contact.
- Build and nurture relationships with leading DeFi projects.
- Qualify existing business development opportunities and close deals.
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing team on growth strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within a B2B DeFi company.
- Experience selling technical DeFi solutions.
- Web3 native, actively using DeFi protocols.
- Good knowledge of DeFi/finance concepts (e.g., impermanent loss, Uniswap v3, LVR, MEV).
- Proven track record of managing partnerships and overachieving revenue goals.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets.
- Strong communication, sales, organization, and time management skills.
