- Handle customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk and social media channels
- Identify and communicate bugs and glitches to the tech team
- Contribute to creating and improving internal and external documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and technical understanding
- Collaborate remotely within a small, person-oriented startup environment
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Poland for fully remote work
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
- English proficiency at least B2 level
- Technically oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Empathetic and customer-centric problem-solving approach
