What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of security analysts and engineers
• Guide threat intelligence activities and share updates with stakeholders
• Implement and maintain security tools and automate security processes
• Partner with engineering teams to detect, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities
• Act as primary interface between security operations, incident management, and wider teams
• Provide clear documentation, reports, and metrics on security status

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in London with at least 60% office presence
• Experience managing security operations teams and incident management
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, WAF, and vulnerability scanning tools
• Knowledge of security standards such as OWASP, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR
• Strong understanding of security risk identification and mitigation
