What you will do

  • Launch and manage social media accounts across multiple platforms from zero
  • Maintain consistent, structured content and channel management
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver cohesive daily content
  • Lead and mentor content creators, establish workflows and quality assurance
  • Develop audience growth frameworks using engagement metrics and viral content analysis
  • Cultivate authentic fan communities through strategic engagement and management

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work with presence in Berlin, London, or New York
  • Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience in social media management in entertainment, music, or media sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical and creative skills with ability to maintain authentic brand voice
  • Self-motivated and passionate about creator economy and social media innovation
