Location: Hybrid setup with ideally 3 office days per week in Munich, Germany. Work-from-anywhere opportunities for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Engage in daily, authentic communication with the social media community across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Analyze feedback, suggestions, and insights from followers to integrate into content.
• Develop creative ideas to make content more engaging and entertaining.
• Assist the team in managing social media projects, including brainstorming, research, and content planning.
• Conduct competitor analysis and scout for new trends.
• Leverage AI tools in daily workflows for content ideation, caption drafting, and community management.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest interior and lifestyle trends.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English are required.
• Native-level German skills are a plus.
• Love for interior design with a keen sense for the brand and products.
• Proactive mindset and motivation to learn and support the team.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for content optimization and efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and sharing beautiful content on personal social media or a blog.
• Knowledge of Photoshop.
• SEO knowledge.
