What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison with the partner marketing agency, coordinating campaigns and timelines
• Support paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and emerging platforms
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Build dashboards and weekly performance reports, translating insights into action plans
• Assist in creative testing, audience experiments, funnel optimization, and retention campaigns
• Automate reporting and workflows using AI and no-code tools

Requirements

• Location: Remote with at least 3–4 hours daily overlap with PST (California time)
• 0–2 years experience in marketing, data, analytics, e-commerce, or tech (internships welcome)
• Strong comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance metrics
• High technical curiosity and fast learning ability
• Interest in AI, automation, and performance marketing
• Passion for women’s health, wellness, and purpose-driven brands

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, or Zapier
• Exposure to DTC, CPG, wellness, or subscription businesses
