Requirements
- Native Swedish speaker with C1-level English skills
- At least 6 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Personal computer with stable internet connection

- CRM systems expertise, especially Salesforce
