Location: Primarily office-based in Veldhoven, Netherlands with possibility of remote work. Preferred valid work permit for the Netherlands required.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of security analysts across multiple security domains including Cyber, IT, OT, DLP, and Physical Security.
• Manage daily security operations, incident response, and ensure high-quality analysis and documentation.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation for end-to-end SIRT operations.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen collaboration across the organization.
• Mentor team members to broaden their expertise and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Management for capacity planning and process execution.

Requirements

• Must have valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• 8+ years of management experience in security, preferably in multinational corporate environments.
• Strong expertise in security monitoring, incident response, and multiple security domains (IT, OT, Physical Security).
• Master’s degree level of working and thinking.
• CISM, CISSP, or SANS GSOC/GSOM certification is mandatory.
• Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) required.
