Security Incident Response Team Lead (Cybersecurity): Leading a security incident response team within a SOC, covering operational monitoring, incident resolution, people management, and security improvements with an accent on team development, cross-domain incident response, and process quality. Focus on coordinating 24/7 security coverage, strengthening incident analysis and documentation, and driving cultural and agile transformation across the organization.
Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. Primarily office-based with the possibility of remote work; shift work or on-call duties may be required for 24/7 security coverage.

What you will do
- Lead the Security Incident Response Team within the Security Operations Center.
- Manage team performance, staffing, resource allocation, and operational security monitoring.
- Provide process and technical guidance across security incident response operations.
- Develop and mentor security analysts across cyber, IT, OT, DLP, physical security, and threat hunting.
- Implement process improvements and strengthen collaboration across .
- Ensure high-quality analysis, documentation, containment, remediation, and resolution of security incidents.
Requirements
- 8+ years of management experience, preferably in a multinational corporate security environment.
- Proven experience with security monitoring and incident response activities.
- Broad experience across multiple security domains, including IT, information security, operational technology, or physical security.
- Strong team development, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Master’s degree working and thinking level.
- CISM, CISSP, or SANS GSOC/GSOM certification is required.
