What you will do

• Own and drive integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies to keep brands top of mind and influence commercial outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into compelling go-to-market plans, campaigns, and activations.
• Set and drive the B2B communication strategy for all segments, including brand management, product launches, sales collateral, and events.
• Align communication plans and campaigns across multiple European markets to ensure consistency and impact.
• Collaborate with dedicated in-house specialized teams (CRM, performance, SEO).
• Assess marketing impact through key business metrics and research methodologies, measuring brand loyalty and satisfaction KPIs.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language is essential in both written and verbal forms for internal communication.
• Proficiency in Polish is required for external communication.
