• Collaborate deeply with product managers, org leads, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States for this remote role
• 15+ years of industry experience building relevance-driven ML and search systems
• Expertise in search, recommendation, and ML systems with ability to solve complex problems
• Experience influencing large engineering organizations (100+ engineers)
• Strong focus on user experience, scalability, reliability, and quality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams
