What you will do

• Design and implement distributed training pipelines for large language models using tools like FSDP and DeepSpeed.
• Fine-tune and customize LLMs for various languages, domains, and vision applications including RLHF.
• Optimize AI models for deployment on AWS Inferentia and Trainium using AWS Neuron SDK and custom kernels.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and foundational model providers to co-develop tailored generative AI solutions.
• Drive innovation in end-to-end LLM training pipelines at massive scale.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with preference for US-based candidates.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience including design and architecture of scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, machine learning methods, and generative AI technologies.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one ML library or framework and software development lifecycle.
