TL;DR
Sap Successfactors Consultant (ERP): Responsible for full-cycle integrations and interface support in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations with an accent on solution architecture and technical feasibility. Location: Must be based in Poland, onsite in Warsaw

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle integrations and interface support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Advise business units on technical feasibility and lead solution architecture workshops
- Support proposal development, solution presentations, and architecture discussions
Requirements
- Must be located in Warsaw, Poland
- Proven project experience with core hybrid or full cloud SAP SuccessFactors integrations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and SF Integration Centre with hands-on configuration
- SAP SF Full Cloud / Core Hybrid Application Associate certification
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP HCM, and integration options with the Microsoft ecosystem
