Junior Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

TL;DR

Junior Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Developing and customizing business-critical applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for marine services with an accent on D365 Field Service & Sales modules, C#/.NET, and JavaScript. Focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting system integrations.

Location: A hybrid work model with three days a week in our modern Kraków office (Poland).

What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy customizations in Dynamics 365 (Field Service & Sales modules).
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring deliveries for development, rollouts, or support.
• Collaborate with product owner, product manager, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform components.
• Support integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, and innovation sprints.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with .NET and/or C#.
• 2-3 years of experience with SQL.
• 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Cloud experience
• Testing, Unit Testing, or Integration Testing experience
• Experience with D365 Sales, CRM, Field Service, PowerApps, or Power Automate.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910) or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certifications.
