What you will do

• Partner across teams to establish KPIs and dashboards for documentation function
• Guide instrumentation of product data with PMs, Product Design, and Engineering
• Implement product analytics tooling such as RudderStack and BigQuery
• Develop dbt models to transform and test growth data with Analytics Engineering
• Collaborate closely with documentation platform engineers and technical writers

Requirements

• Must be located in USA time zones
• Experience with product KPIs and frameworks like DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing
• Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, Hex, or Grafana
• Experience with product analytics tooling like Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, or FullStory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge about observability
• Experience with Airflow or Prefect and generating ETL jobs
• Experience measuring documentation impact on user success and business outcomes
