TL;DR

Success Lead (Customer Support): Lead post-sales onboarding, implementation, and partnership management for K-12 SaaS with an accent on team leadership, operational rigor, and strategic KPI execution. Location: Remote within the United States with significant overlap with Americas time zones

Salary: $138,600 - $190,000 USD depending on US state

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of district onboarding and partnerships managers, setting KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Own the full post-sales lifecycle including onboarding, product adoption, renewals, and expansions for district partnerships.
  • Develop and operationalize success playbooks and coordinate cross-functional processes with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing.
  • Manage KPIs and revenue targets, using data to monitor account health and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize onboarding and account management workflows and oversee systems like Salesforce, Notion, and Asana.
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic district partners and influence product roadmap through customer insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in K-12 SaaS with 5+ years leading managers or teams
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing teams responsible for renewals, expansions, and onboarding
  • Strong command of success KPIs, forecasting, and strategic playbook execution
  • Experience improving processes and scaling operations in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven approach to monitoring account health and risk
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with senior leaders
  • Expertise with Salesforce, Asana, Notion, and data dashboards

Nice to have

  • Experience as a K-12 district administrator or leadership role
  • Project management certifications or methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, CSM, CCSM, CSPO)
