What you will do

• Partner with Programming Directors, Product Owners, and exec stakeholders to define strategies and initiatives for technical programs.
• Develop a roadmap feedback loop to report on health, risk, and progress to the broader organization.
• Help scale operations to support the broader Metaverse vision.
• Operate at both a high strategic level and in detailed technical management.

Requirements

• Deep experience working with programmers and on technical projects.
• Able to drive high-level goals/vision and dig into technical details.
• Experience managing outcomes for programs and confirming the validity of underlying plans.
• Understand how complex systems work, what they do, and why.
• Strong skills in organizing unstructured work and managing multiple competing needs.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experienced with DevOps, game engines, platforms, and tools.
• Deep experience managing large team roadmaps and rallying individual teams around common goals.
• Experience in managing/growing team organizations to scale for demand.
