What you will do

• Ensure stability and scalability of systems, pages, data, and integrations for smooth operations.
• Develop new features and enhance existing modules in the LeadExpert platform.
• Fix bugs and implement structural improvements for long-term system health.
• Perform backend development with PHP/MySQL and frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery).
• Manage API integrations, webhooks, cron jobs, and queues with proper logging and monitoring.
• Maintain clear documentation and manage tasks through tickets and boards.
• Contribute ideas and code for practical AI applications within workflows and the platform.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience with PHP (OOP) and MySQL including data modeling and query optimization.
• Frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery).
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Structured and neat work style with good communication skills.
• Work format: Hybrid

Nice to have

• Experience with Composer, PSR standards, PHPUnit.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or modern JavaScript frameworks beyond jQuery.
• Understanding of security best practices (OWASP) and logging/monitoring tools (Sentry, ELK).
