What you will do
- Own design, development, and optimization of key features and services.
- Solve complex technical problems with minimal guidance.
- Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable, and resilient source code.
- Improve development best practices, code quality, and testing strategies.
- Enhance automation to reduce execution time and improve feedback.
- Contribute to architectural discussions ensuring technical clarity.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work with presence in Poland
- 5+ years professional experience in software design and development.
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages, preferably Python.
- Experience with AI code assistants, TypeScript, React, and microservices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Airflow.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Exposure to data modeling in RDBMS.
