What you will do

• Prepare and customize investor pitch decks and maintain detailed investor tracking models.
• Identify and evaluate strategic acquisition and partnership targets in fintech and adjacent sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, minority investments, and joint ventures.
• Support end-to-end deal execution including investment memos, term sheet analysis, and coordination with advisors.
• Manage investor and M&A data rooms and respond to due diligence requests.
• Provide analytical support to the Founder and leadership on strategic initiatives and market expansion.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mumbai or able to work remotely aligned with UK/US/GCC time zones
• 2–6 years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategy.
• Hands-on experience in fundraising, M&A, or live deal execution strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
• Excellent analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CFA Level I/II/III or in progress.
• Exposure to fintech, asset management, or financial services.
• Familiarity with Islamic finance.
